| About E2E |
E2E replaced Life Skills and NVQ Learning at Level 1 training in the summer of 2003. It aims to help 16-18 year-olds who aren't certain about their career choices or who don't have the experience, skills or qualifications to start an apprenticeships, college or a job.
E2E is also about change. It aims to help those on the programme become more motivated and confident and develop the personal skills and qualities they need to succeed at work and in life.
In Tyne and Wear, about 1200 people start the E2E programme every year. E2E supports learners by understanding their needs and planning an individual programme of courses and activities to meet them.
The Learning and Skills Council (LSC) Tyne and Wear have produced a number of leaflets that will help you to understand E2E. You can also talk to a Connexions Personal Adviser. |
