InfoThis programme covers the skills you will need in both retail and warehousing operations.
It includes:
  • training in the storing
  • ordering of goods
  • dealing with customers
  • learning how to maintain a safe working environment
  • You will also have the opportunity to attend a retail/warehousing workplacement to develop these skills

The course can lead to a progression on to an Apprenticeship programme in Retail Operations or Distributions and Warehousing and/or employment in a shop/warehousing environment.
